hi Paul,
the other option which is close to your plan is this:
a large box that covers all your gear/setup and has a lockable door. The box is on wheels/track and basically you open the door and roll it away exposing the gear.
I'd simply then build a six foot fence/wind break around it so that when you image you're not as bothered by lights/wind
