You look to have handled the HaRGB blend really quite well. The magenta and salmon pinks look quite natural and the overall colour of the nebula looks good to me. Ha blending is always a hard thing to do properly as Martin has mentioned, particularly when trying to match star sizes. The remnants of the green halos are not objectionable either.

Your trick to blend the Ha with the Red and use it as the Lum is exactly what I did in this Eta shot of mine:
