One thing to consider is weight.

I bought the HEQ5Pro but I realised it's weight would deter me from wanting to set it up outside - especially my house is built on a sloping block with a gully out the back, so land has been cut with 3 levels.

I was able to send it back and get the EQ5 with steel legs, which is still very stable but not so heavy. I have a Skywatcher 120mm refractor mounted on it.

So consider weight of mount and also depends what scope (re: weight) you will mount.

The EQ5 is not too noisy when slewing. I don't have to worry that my neighbours can hear it - their bedroom is about 15m from where I usually setup. Actually I like the whining noise as it slews - a pleasant tone and sounds very hi-tech!
