Looking at this 2008 Nissan GT-R offered to me recently, car is still in Japan, practically brand new (1700 km's on odo). Basically the total costs will be much less than the Nissan Australia's circa 150k when it gets released here in 2009. One compliance workshop I know already has a test car, so they should get the SEVS approval in the next few months.
Not 'astro' friendly but it's faster around the track than any standard mainstream 911's, Lambo's & Ferrari's (independently tested) for less than half the price, just minus the snob badge
