Hi ! nice scope. I have the well corrected 80mm Nighthawk achro and that gives minimal CA. S.V. scopes are excellent quality. It has the clam shell and I have had trouble mounting it to my EQ3 - did you have any issues ? - you you use a Vixen dovetail ? did that mount OK on to the head ? I am considering using 2x tube rings. Are you happy with the set up you have ? or would you prefer tube rings ? A first night review would be interesting.
