This can be cancelled out using signal processing techniques & adaptive optics.
Nahhhhh, just put a huge plexiglass bubble over it and suck all the matter out and voila! It's in a vacuum. Crystal clear seeing. Thinking of doing this at home to my observatory. LOL.
