At least now I know why "Birdseye" is called "Birdseye", and why there are "Carrier" air conditioners!
Yes, it was fascinating about how ice was harvested from lakes and sent around the world...they must have had some great insulation to be able to get ice from America to India so someone could put an ice cube in their drink! I would have thought it would be easier to harvest ice from the Himalayas.
It was definitely worth watching, the second part should also be worthwhile.
