Iv'e been trying to find reviews concerned with this filter in a direct comparison with the lumicon UHC. In 4 hrs of googleing, I ended up with ONE comparison (visually) between the two. You guy's are gunna shoot me when I tell you I forgot to save the link, & cant find it in my history!
Anyway, it was in Russian & after translation it still did'nt make sense till I read it 8 times. The conclusion I came to was that the guy that did the comparison claimed it was better than the lumicon on CERTAIN nebula.
Seeing I'm a pretty impatient type, I cant be bothered waiting for someone to write a decent comparison between the baader & the top brands, so I'm going to risk it for a biscuit & order the 1.25" UHC-S (from AOE obviously, seeing their the cheapest) I already have 2 baader filters the fringe killer & the contrast booster. They both do an excellent job for the price IMHO.
