When I learn on the job, through trial and error, with no one around me, I am never quite certain if I have chosen the best approach, or applied the best effects in the correct order, or have my workspace set up correctly etc.
Maybe some PS Wizard could run a class at the Qld Astrofest, just so we get the basic tool kit correct?

There is quite a good book " Photoshop Astronomy " by R. Scott Ireland, includes Full Res Tutorial on DVD. Being a total beginner in any type of digital Astro Photography I am finding it very useful/instructive.
