Not without really stretching the truth
To make it as "sharp" as it is, I used only one exposure for the horizon, the first exposure. I could have taken a shorter exposure but the contrast would have been less, so harder to make the horizon fit. I like some blurr, because naturally it is blurred due to movement of the sky and wind.
