How high will Jupiter get for you this year? Surely it doesn't get much out of the muck.
Your main problem is going to be the altitude and seeing. No filters are really going to help you with the ToUcam.
A monochrome camera will help a bit, and an IR pass filter might help with the low altitude and seeing. But really you're gonna have to wait a few years until it gets higher from your location.
