I love your image.

To me, the colours reveal the age of the Glob, as it really is.
I am not sure what Interstellar absorbtion is though...I show my ignorance...and I appologise in advance....

The stars appear yellowish to me and display their true age.

From what I read, " Globs " contain older type stars, and I think you have captured this very very well in this image.
I happen to enjoy tracking down " Globs " when I can, and enjoy the great variety they display.
Its good to have some colour revealed in your image....

I looked at M4 through some bino viewers that were loaned to me at the SPSP, and nearly fell off my chair it was so beautiful.
If you get the chance to do the same, let me know what you think....

Well done.....Keep it up.

Geoffro.
Thanks Geoff. We enjoy imaging clusters and try and interpret the star colours correctly. Don't know if you visited our web page. We have started to get a bit of a collection of some interesting ones if you wanted to take a look.

Next dark skies we have we're going to roll out the Dob which hasn't had a great deal of use since we started imaging . So we will take a peek at M4 then we'll let you know how we go..
