M4 Globular Cluster in Scorpius

Data captured on 6-4-08. Just recently processed.

We find this a beautiful cluster. Within the cluster there are small arcs of stars here and there. Some blue some yellow and orange making it an interesting subject.

Some information from Daniel Verschaste's website.

[quote] At less then 6500 light years, Messier 4 may be the nearest globular cluster to the sun. Interstellar absorption in this direction is estimated at 1.4 magnitudes and accounts for yellow-orange star colour [End Quote]
