would of loved to seen that one eh!
trawling my memories, i have certainly seen meteors split/break up during travel, but only to two or 3 pieces at most ,and sometimes they go in different directions upon splitting up, or one/they just stop/fizzle, but have seen a couple travel onwards together, not a mega common occurance one would think? did see one big speccy slow one break up a lot, some 13 or 14 years ago over adelaide, but smaller broken off bits trailed behind and fizzled out pretty fast, nice tho
