Most recent effort with my new Canon 70-200mm f4L lens with the Canon 1.4x extender.
Very happy with the quality this combo produces.
So, here is Eta Carina Nebula region with Canon 70-200mm f4L+ 1.4x Extender.
Canon 40D (unmodded yet!!!)
70 minutes total exposure time
FL = 280mm/f5.6 (448mm with1.6x crop factor)
iso 400
ICNR on
