Has anything changed since the system last worked correctly?
New computer?
New Operating System?
New install?
Added any new software?
Updated anything? OS? K3CCDTools?
Changed the USB port or hub?
Changed any settings in K3?
Is your USB mouse and ToUcam connected to the same USB hub (if you have one?)
Is your HDD full?
Does your HDD need defragmenting?
