Hi Martyn

Thanks for the write up – a very enjoyable read.

It brings back fond memories of observing on the moors, just N of Otley at temps of -12 deg C when I used to live in Cookridge, N Leeds.

Love the “tent in the snow” photo – tough lot the English and Scots astronomers eh!
