Congratulations Davros, the 10" scope is a great choice indeed (I miss mine!) and Dave's scope is a gem indeed. You will definitely NOT be disappointed in it at all! If/when you need to explore the mystic art of collimation down the track give me a holler, or ask other dob owners at Ron's place sometime, we'l make sure we steer you right!
In a way I'm
very glad you bought Dave's scope now, as I had briefly toyed with the idea of buying it myself. Timing was bad financially however with the Barambah camp, holidays, building a binocular chair, plus all the usual bills due.
(Of course having shelved that idea I received my pay this weekend - which was up around $500 due to having worked 3 shifts across the Easter public holidays.....
)
