RE the lights, it might belong over in general chat but i thought it was very applicable to my imaging and you are the guys i talk to most.
A bit of background about the lights..... they built their house over the last two years, i supplied power for 8 mths for them, made myself friendly, explained what i do, made some helpfull suggestions about the benefits of cut off lighting etc, lent them tools when needed. he said Yes i understand and i thought great . My reward was he has put up 6 yes thats SIX floodlights on the outside of his house, those cheap shoot everywhere versions, plus 3 other lights at the back door and who knows how many at the front.
this came to a head after floodlights were left on ALL YES THATS ALL night 5 nights out of 7.
Note they have moved into the house without a C of O have i dobbed them in NO
They changed the windows overlooking my house without changing the plans have i dobbed them in NO
They built a large shed without a permit have i dobbed them in NO
They built in a road in the wrong location cutting down environmentally prtected trees, did i dob them in NO
i could just about bury these people in trouble if i was that way inclined, all i want is a bit of respect and privacy, if they want lights they should move to ST Kilda (inner suburbs) GRRRRR guess ive vented enough now... i needed to.

the other the u beaut fishing spot, New river lagoon on Tassies south coast supposed to be full of trout and as its a 2-3 day WALK to get there, not fished often.... im heading off in a couple of days, boat paid for, hiking gear almost packed ...... if i catch a few i will let you know, in one of the other forum catagories.
