Thanks for that RB - I only got my Round Table Platform (Brian's new motor version) out of customs/freight yesterday arvo: have hooked up with a fella that's doing lectures at our local planetarium on Aboriginal sky mythologies and hope to develope something down the track; and utilizing sky images from outside of the planetarium stuff.....
Your picture that captures terrestial landscape as well has got me thinking.....
That EQ platform gots me thinkin' that mebbes it was a shield you done gone converted: that an' the mention of food in this thread, reminds me of a time ages ago when I was visitin' distant rellies out in community; and was tellin' a coupla uncles about all this telescope business: Uncle Lester says to me, "tell you what, why don't we put summa this new and old stuff together and get real sophisticated like: you get them telescopes you've bin talkin' about out and find out where them marlu (kangaroo) are - then we'll get in the Toyota and go out and shoot 'em!"
