Yep, a Tawny Frogmouth it is. They had some in the Big Swamp Wildlife park in Bunbury WA. When my sister and her hubby from Scotland visited a few years ago i pointed them out and they said "where ?". Sitting on a log they were perfectly camoflaged and very hard to see even in daylight. Nice pic
