I know what you are going through and you seem to be taking a bit of a bashing from some of the people here but the reality is private schools want you to have a hair cut. I went to an average state school and my wife went to a strict private school. Most of my mates from school had long hair and got tat's and now 15yrs later most are owning and running million dollar buisness including myself. We are having a 15yr school reunion in 2 weeks and I was talking to the organisers and we were amazed at how many are running their own companies. My wife and her friends all went onto uni and are very succesful in their own right. The moral of the story is you will get out of life what you are prepared to put in and hair makes no difference. So don't let people put you down because you want long hair, just that if the school rules include short hair and your parents send you there, then I don't think you can win on this one mate. Just remember go through with it, then when you make your first million, grow long hair and show them what its all about
