this paint finish...
Looks far more like a dual colour job with a random "splatter" finish than anything else mentioned.....it would be a commercial oven finish and thus (just) possibly a powdercoat, but I doubt very much.
Emulating it would be *** easy: I'd use a deep yellow "pinked" with a bit of sienna and then I'd partially overspray with some toned down chrome oxide green, finishing the effect by a "splatter" application of the CO green - this could all be done with a brush, using a stiff-haired brush or old toothbrush to apply the "splatter" overlay.
Have created an almost identical finish for maquettes I created for a Maritime Museum commission.
