How do I display 24 hour clock in my Task Bar?
I've been trying without success to work out how to change the default window clock in the task bar from 12 hr am/pm clock to 24 hour clock.
Is this possible and if so how can I do it without carrying out major harikari (on me) secret, wink, nod, secret handshake programming changes.
