Sounds like it is time to go looking for open star clusters and globular clusters. You'll find a range, from those you won't fit in your field of view at your lowest magnification to those where you'll need every cm of aperture and plenty of magnification.
Seeing is less of a problem when you are looking at these clusters compared to looking at the planets.
