A classic image Eric, well done. I'm with Fred. Its a bold statement to make until the same astrophotographer targets the same region with two different cameras, but all other components in the imaging train remains the same. The output you and various other DSLR users are producing is incredible. The one shot colour camera be it DSLR or CCD certainly allows for high volume work. A few images a week is not a problem and this is a fun form of imaging. I wont be swapping my mono chip with filters for a DSLR any time soon despite the considerably higher workload and challenges it takes to produce an image.
