Part of the Vela SNR

Tweaked the polar alingment to the point no detectable drift in either altitude or azimuth tests for 2 mins, then went for the Vela SNR. Sadly clouds ended proceedings after about 70 mins of data, a pity too, as Id even done a meridian flip 1/2 way through. That was surprisingly easy, I rotated the off axis guider/camera assembly 180 deg as well, and simply picked up the same guidestar as before, pics were only slightly misaligned from previous ones (probably some tube flexure), Id love to do about 4 hours worth to give it real justice, it is rather faint.

7x10minsiso400, Idas uv/ir, Baader UHCS filters, Baader MPCC coma corrector. moded 350D .10 inch f5.6 newtonian, off axis guided.
