Hi to all again

A few days ago I posted a thread in the equipment forum asking about drift alignment. This process has had me head scratching since I got this telescope about 7 weeks ago. One member pvelez, Peter from Sydney replied with a link that has made it all so clear ... Thanks bucket-loads again Pete. So last night being the best night weve had up here in a month I set to and succesfully did this drift alignment. OK I still have some drift for sure, but I am I think 9 parts of the way there to sorting it. So for anyone interested and especially for Pete, here is an image I took last night using a 2 min exposure on my 40D. I think its something around the Taratula Nebula. Im new to the skies as well. One thing I have learnt is .. The universe does not give up its secrets easily.
Thanks again for all the help
Jeff
