Hi Steve - 'n sometimes (regularly in fact) I'sa wonder how's it was for me old great-grandma who did the same in dis place called Australia jist over a hundred years ago.....but even wif all me materials (HEQ5 SynScans an all them optic stuffs...!) I'se never felt I lost me spiritual side....
