A lot of routers can clone a MAC address - so you might be able to simple hook satellite to your PC - get it working, then unplug it, attach your router to your PC - clone its MAC address - then re-attach your satellite connect into the routers WAN port - check this works (you might have to go to the router via your browser and issue a release / renew) - and finally attach all other gear to your router or switch normally.
