At the risk of sounding too critical, about 40% of the stars are still green (not as green as before)! I really am being constructive here! I'm yet to capture a galaxy shot, so don't know how hard they are to process (yet!).
Did you use some kind of light pollution filter or something else that has upset the colour balance? The galaxy looks great, but something has really gone wrong somewhere in the stars. There are no green stars!
I've jumped on this bandwagon before, and it might be worth having a look at, but is your monitor reasonably well colour balanced/calibrated? They might look okay on your screen while you're processing them, but they are quite wrong in the final image.
