My parcel did turn up - after I was contained by the AP email response service responding to my complaint..... Was it just coincidence? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt - but I must say that they were all smiles and very friendly when I went in to pick it up - they even jumped me ahead of 30 other customers to ensure I didn't have to wait!
I've got another parcel due next week...... I wonder what will happen then!
