Hi All,
My second hand camera finally arrived from Canada. Since we are in the middle of a thunderstorm I tried a first light indoors. Initially I used a pinhole and couldnt get anything and thought maybe I had got a broken camera
, then I switched to an EOS adaptor and 50 ml lens and got this, a lovely photo of my daughter
. She is a star so I guess it is OK to post here. I havn't checked tracking or connected it to the mount but at least the cooling and CCD seems OK.
So all in all I am very happy and can't wait to get out and get some astro images
.
