My fear is that there is a thief at the local PO (contracted service I believe). Everything marked from the states in the last 4 months has gone missing (Amazon mainly) I didn't worry too much since Amazon refunded me and it could have gone to ground anywhere - but when the last one failed to show after they dropped in the card (and it was a signature pickup) I'm starting to wonder.
