Could be worth getting some advice on that one Dave .AFAIK from many years back in the PO the parcels were all handled by contractors .
They sure wern't employees of australia post as I recall ..If you still have the m.u.s I'd be talking to the local divisional office and asking where is the package ?..Local post office managers are a sorry bunch mostly who don't like to make waves .I think our local delivery contracter Did get a bunch of parcels stolen out of his van once because he didn't lock it when he went into
an office block to make a delivery ..Aus post is great I find but a lot of what comes to your door dosn't have much to do with them as such ..buy insurance for your parcels !!!
