Actually Mike I never said I was special. However, if you want to get down to brass tacks about it, well let me see. I do post a comment in threads when the opportunity arises, I cannot afford to troll through all the posts here. This is not about one or two images here, it is about certain people being ignored cos they are seen as not worthy of comments. If you place an average image up people go out of their way to make comment, but if others post here with an average image they get little if any comments. As an example I often post solar images here which are of a really high standard and get very few comments. There are about 6 people who consistently reply to those images. When you announced that you were looking at getting a PST, there was so much interest it was unreal, so by reason of that there are people who want to see solar images but don't want to make comment about my images. All part of the marketting strategy I suppose. Whereas if I post of CN, Universe Today, UK Astro imaging, My Astrospace and SCP there are always comments made about the solar images; both constructive and non constructive. You see this site has developed into a selected few that get comments.
You don't need to be insulting with your response. I am not the only person who has had this happen to them. This is not about yesterday it is about the last 7 or 8 months. I don't need to waste my time posting images as I am clearly not the godsend of Australian astronomy that you clearly are.
