Aloha Bryan,
as i recall DeAnza was an explorer..... Anza is at 4,200 ft. elevation,
Anza Borrego desert is at sea level at the bottom of the same mountain.
(in Southern California)
i found my way to this town after joining an Astronomy club that has it's
dark site there.
