To me the quality of the work seems to depend greatly on the person doing the work. The vast majority of them seem to just be unfinished panoramas, while a small minority are more artistic in their presentation. A lot of the photographers are ignoring the potential geometry and form possible in the composition of the individual shots, and are left with a jumble that just don't flow together well.
