Yes, Johns Hill it is..
Well, there is a bit of traffic and "traffic" but not too much (one or two cars max in hour or so earlier in the evening), considering it is a public place, so .... To escape the lights of Melbourne and subs, 120km away is not enough, and this is only 50 or so.... but, better something than nothing :-)
Of course all depends on weather..
