what about when there is southerlies and s/westerlies rumples? stronger than most northerlies in my experience
been fantasising bout moving to Burra for years now, cool town. lady at the pub on a visit said they had the same elevation as mount lofty, but i think its more like 600mtrs - well back to real estate webites for more cheap (non-coastal) country property drooling
wish they had equity gains like the city does, lol
