Hi OBMY, I just purchased the Telstra rural phone because of my rural location and I am very happy with it because I now have reception for the first time and it's also my be very helpful with my RFS work.
I can't help but think too that it was also a fund raising stunt as well. Let's hope our money is put to good use with cheaper call rates, more transmitter towers and broadband to rural areas at city rates.
