Comet observations from Cambroon - Tuttle and Holmes

Just come in from observing the comets Holmes and Tuttle, after a frustrating battle with clouds for about an hour starting at 19:45 but eventualy they cleared and Tuttle was seen quite easely in both 7x35 and 15x65 binoculars.
Tuttle was seen to move about 10 arc minutes against the background sky over a couple of hours.
I last observed it low down on the north western horizon through the haze.
Comet Holmes seems to be a bit more stretched than last time I looked but this could be a bit of an illusion because of the bar that seems to run down the centre.
A good couple of hours of binocular observing which included M1, M42/43,
M34, M35, M36, M37, M38, M44, M45, The Rosette nebula and the LMC and SMC, befor the clouds came over again so called it a night.
