I am pretty certain that that no noticeable colour is apparent. The scope is mainly used as a rich field refractor at low powers i.e 30X - 50X. Star fields are pinpoint sharp and well contrasted. If the weather clears I'll drag it out to view the Moon and perhaps Venus.
