Omega Centauri for me.
It was the reason I bought my 12" Newtonian. First time I saw it was with the 114mm Newt my wife bought me for a Xmas pressie. I just had to see more detail. Classic case of aperture fever.
The detail I can see on dark nights still amazes me, and gets a big 'wow' factor from guests. Definitely the most speccie for mine.
