Thanks All.
Jase you are correct, the 1.25" adapter i have has a bit of play in it. Its a single screw lock and needs replacing. And I have misplaced my shutter control cable so I was limited to the viewfinder and the LCD for focusing.
Mike yes i was planing on doing that tonight but am clouded out. I did try drift when i was about to pack up. And noted that my Altitude looks spot on no drift at all. But the Az looks off. But i gathered as much from my images of the Pole. The relied on the Camera image to align visually and i think due tot he play i was just a bit off.
I did have a go with the Dragonfly on the main scope (Did not use the 76ED), and I could not worked out the settings for long exposures. All I was getting was the noisy pixels. I will have to do a mock trial and work on the settings.
Most of the images I spend siting on the ground and on my knees focusing. Fortunately i have tiles in half the yard. But i need to get some of those knee pads or some tarp to put around the scope.
Also my RA clutch does not lock the RA, I can still move the Scope with a little force. The DEC is locked tight. My mate Apoman who did open up the G-11 and looked at it for me said it needs to be regressed. So he is going to teach me how to do this.
Hope the clouds will part soon for my to try again.
Regards
Fahim
