Ken, the guys are spot on, this IS starting to look VERY '70's. Disco lights, Hogan's Heroes. Maybe as an added touch you need a mannequin dressed as a disco tragic on the chair totally out of it, a stub of a cigarette still wafting smoke to the ceiling...... photos of the beegees on wall, floor (especially floor!) etc. At least you would have solitude and no one would disturb you, apart from the odd clinician
