Gee thanks guys!

O.K. while I've been known to pedal a few of the items seen in my backyard observatory, US wholesale margins are slim...and to be sure, I spent some serious $$$ setting the system up! But I've been doing (amateur) Astronomy for around 38 years, and what I'm doing/using now is a reflection of that not so small period. Rest assured I still stuff-up imaging sessions on a regular basis!!

The RC is quite new...but since its arrival the Sydney weather has been tragic, hence not much data from it so far. Same story with the back-illuminated camera- which will be going back to the USA in January to fix a annoying noise problem.

My favorite 'scope? The AP130 F6. A truly remarkable instrument...that has produced some of my best images. It's pleasing to see a number of similar, very high quality affordable clones appear over the last few years that I'm sure others will use to capture some wonderful imagery with.

Cheers
Peter
