I couldn't help but play with the levels a little, and then tried an un-sharp mask on it. Might be better or worse depending on monitor settings. On my screen your background is quite bright, so I took that down and made it a more neutral colour. Hope you don't mind, but it's fun to play with images
Because the unsharp mask brought out some noise along the bottom of frame I cropped that one a bit.
