Hi Lars
I've never had anyone complain about missing PM's.. for like, years. On a rare occassion when someone might complain about it, it usually came down to human error or computer/internet error.

vBulletin (the software that this forum runs on) is a highly reputable, commercial forum system that is used in most of the worlds largest messageboard sites. I can assure you that there is no problem in general with the PM system.

If you send a PM and don't get a reply, that could just mean the person hasn't responded. If someone said they sent you a PM that you never received, perhaps they forgot to press "Submit", or perhaps they got an Internet Explorer error at the time of pressing Submit?

It's also worth remembering, that if you have PM notification emails turned on, and you receive an email notification about a PM, make sure you reply using the PM system. Don't reply to the email notification - that simply won't reach the recipient and will either come to me or get sent to the spam box. You must use the PM system to reply to people. The notification email is just that - a notification. A small number of people have and do make this mistake so I thought it was worth pointing out.
