45 min rural? Few years back I was driving 1hr+ each way to work, and was still in suburbia!
Anyway, I'm with OneOfOne, live not far from Melbourne but quiet, no problems (actually I work in Bentleigh OneOfOne
). I never hooned or made problems when I was younger either, never been in a single fight, etc. So it's not growing up 'in the city' that does it to you, it's all up to the individual. Upbringing helps too
